How to Activate Timeplaner.no

Log in to Feide Customer Portal

Go to kunde.feide.no and log in with your organization account.

Search for Timeplaner.no

Use the search field to find "Timeplaner.no" in the service catalog.

Review Data Processing Agreement

Documentation for DPIA and risk assessment

The data protection impact assessment under GDPR Article 35 is for the school owner to carry out. Supplying the material it rests on is our job, and it costs you nothing:

A DPIA source document covering system description, purposes, data categories, sub-processors and their locations, retention periods, security measures, and our own risk assessment. Written so it can be read straight into a standard DPIA template
A Transfer Impact Assessment for third-country transfers, following the EDPB's six steps
Written answers to your data protection officer, normally within 10 working days
A video walkthrough of the actual data flow, if you want to see it for yourself

Important Privacy Information

Pseudonymized student data The teacher chooses whether the student is recorded with number, initials, or name. We recommend abbreviated identifiers.
Isolated per teacher No cross-access between teachers. Each teacher sees only their own data.
Data is stored in the Nordic countries (server in Finland, EU/EEA)
Encrypted transfer (HTTPS/TLS)
No national ID numbers, formal grades, or diagnoses are processed
